2004 & 2005 NYS Field Band Champions Small School Division 3 2007 & 2008 NYS Field Band Champion Small School Division 2
Under the direction of Mr. Meholick and Mr. Nordhausen, the Knights have grown to over 87 members strong. Two time state champions in SS Div.3, in 2006 the band moved up to SS Division 2. The band had a fine showing in the 2006 state championship finishing 4th against tougher competitors . In 2007, the Band once again brought home the Governor’s Cup as the Best NYS Field Band, this time in SS Div.2. The 2008 field show entitled “A Day in New York” once again earned the Marching Band a 1st place finish as Co-Champions!! Go Knights. The Marching Band finished strong and took 2nd place in 2009 in tight competition! Look out 2010, WE ROCK. |
